We understand the financial constraints on the industry and provide an integrated approach, encompassing risk management and development of systems and processes required as part of the approvals process, and compliance with approvals, tenure and closure conditions.  Our ability to plan, obtain and manage all of the approvals required for exploration to construction and operational compliance with an eye of future expansion reduces risk and delay and capital costs for life of mine or infrastructure.

Our expertise in State and Federal legislation covers approvals from EPBC Act environmental approvals to MARPOL to building licences and everything in between.  A large project can generate in excess of 500 different approvals.  We make sure that they are all captured.
